At Shivam Hotel Salasar, we understand that travel plans can change, especially during a pilgrimage. Our policy is designed to be fair to our guests while allowing us to manage our room inventory effectively for other devotees.

1. Cancellation Timeline

  • Free Cancellation: Reservations cancelled 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will be eligible for a full refund (minus any nominal bank processing fees).
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before check-in will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the first night’s booking amount.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time are non-refundable. The full amount for the first night will be charged as a retention fee.

2. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive at the hotel by 6:00 PM on your check-in date without prior notification of a late arrival, the booking will be treated as a “No-Show.” In such cases, the entire booking amount for the first night will be forfeited, and the remaining nights may be released for other guests.

3. Refund Process

  • Mode of Refund: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Bank Account) used during the booking.
  • Processing Time: While we initiate refunds within 48 hours of a valid cancellation request, it may take 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing cycle.
  • Transaction Fees: Please note that any convenience fees or taxes charged by payment gateways at the time of booking are generally non-refundable.

4. Early Check-Out

In the event of an early departure (checking out before the scheduled date), the hotel reserves the right to charge for the full duration of the original booking. Any waiver of this fee is at the sole discretion of the Hotel Management.

5. Special Festival Bookings

During peak festival periods (such as Salasar Balaji Melas or Hanuman Janmotsav), modified cancellation terms may apply. These will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking.
