Welcome to Shivam Hotel Salasar. By accessing our website or booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Check-in/Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Guests must present a valid Government-approved photo ID (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Passport) at the time of check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as address proof.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made [X] days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within [X] hours of arrival or “No Shows” will be subject to a one-night retention charge.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to maintain the decorum of the hotel, keeping in mind the spiritual nature of Salasar.
• Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged to the guest’s bill.
• Shivam Hotel is a non-smoking and alcohol-free zone, respecting the local religious sentiments.

4. Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Please use the in-room storage or contact the front desk for assistance.
